Connection among women—through conversation, presence, and shared humanity.

HELD exists because women need places to gather—across faiths, cultures, ages, and seasons of life—to do life together.

In a world that often asks women to carry everything alone, HELD offers something simple and essential: connection. A space to sit together, to speak honestly, to listen deeply, and to be seen without judgment.

We believe women grow through shared wisdom. That there is value in listening to someone whose life looks different from our own. That stories, when spoken and received with care, have the power to steady us, teach us, and remind us we are not alone.

HELD brings women together across differences—not to agree on everything, but to learn from one another. Over conversation and a cup of tea, we make room for reflection, encouragement, and perspective. We share what we’re carrying, what we’re hoping for, and what we’re becoming.

This is a place to plant seeds and be watered.
To offer insight and receive it.
To arrive as you are and leave a little more full.

We believe women thrive in connection.
That is what HELD is about.

To Share,

To Be Seen

Every HELD gathering is created with intention. While the core structure remains consistent, each session may incorporate different forms of expression—offering women multiple ways to arrive, reflect, and connect. This flexibility allows the circle to meet people where they are.

Meditation

Some gatherings begin with a few quiet moments to arrive, breathe, and settle into the space together.

Dance

At times, gentle movement is offered as a way to release tension and express what words may not reach.

Sound Baths

Sound may be used to create a calm, shared rhythm that supports presence and listening.

Poetry

Poetry is sometimes read or shared as a way to reflect, feel, and connect through language.

Painting

Simple visual expression may be offered as a quiet way to process and reflect without needing to speak.

Storytelling

Every gathering centers on story—women sharing honestly and listening without interruption or fixing.
