About HELD

HELD is a Christian wellness studio devoted to strengthening the body and deepening communion with God.

We create intentional space to slow down, move with purpose, meditate on scripture, and gather in authentic fellowship. Through guided meditation, mat pilates, resistance training, and peer-led circles, we cultivate both physical discipline and spiritual depth.

The Gathering Groups

Alongside our meditation offerings, HELD hosts facilitated gathering groups—peer-led circles created for connection, reflection, and being witnessed.

These groups are not about fixing, advising, or teaching. They are spaces where participants are invited to share honestly, listen deeply, and be present with one another in a spirit of respect and care.

Gathering groups are designed to support different seasons and experiences, including:

  • Women’s circles

  • Teen groups

  • Men’s groups

  • Pregnancy circles

  • Postpartum and early motherhood groups

  • Seasonal or life-transition gatherings

Each group is rooted in the same core values: presence, listening, faith, and witness.

You may speak, listen, or simply be present.
Silence is always welcome.

Meditation

Some gatherings begin with a few quiet moments to arrive, breathe, and settle into the space together.

Resistance Training

Each session pairs focused movement with breath and scripture, strengthening the body while grounding the spirit.

Dance

At times, gentle movement is offered as a way to release tension and express what words may not reach.

Painting

Simple visual expression may be offered as a quiet way to process and reflect without needing to speak.

Sound Baths

Sound may be used to create a calm, shared rhythm that supports presence and listening.

Mat Pilates

Mindful, low-impact movement designed to strengthen the core, improve alignment, and restore balance.
